Blackberry required by Nokia to pay for use of its patents

Canadian corporation BlackBerry sued Finland's Nokia for patent infringement. The plaintiff wants to pay licensing fees for the use of several products transmit Bloomberg.The lawsuit was filed in the court of US city Ulmingtan. The products of the Finnish company, including base stations Flexi Multiradio, software Liquid Radio and Radio Network Controller using technology covering the full 11 patent BlackBerry, stated in the pleadings."Nokia uses these technologies without a license.
