At the age of 66, Paul Otelini, Intel CEO, died in the period from 2005 to 2013, said yesterday the processor giant from Santa Clara, California. The reasons for Otellini's death were not revealed. Paul Otellini was born on October 12, 1950 in San Francisco. In 1972 he graduated as a bachelor of economics, and two years later he graduated from the University of California-Berkeley MBA.
Otelini joined Intel in 1990, and 15 years later, in 2005 he became the fifth CEO of the processor colossus. He was one of the most prominent industrial leaders. Under his direction, Intel has achieved revenue for 9 years, higher than it had for 45 years before. Paul lived with his wife Sandy, who has a son, Patrick and daughter Alexis, for 30 years. After retiring in 2013, Otelini devoted himself to mentoring young people and charity initiatives.
